I’ve had to use this once already! I’m so glad I purchased it. Just be prepared to wait all day to have your product serviced, if possible take off.

I have not actually had to use the geek squad, but they have answered many questions for me and were very knowledgeable when I am in the store trying to purchase what I need. I feel I will have reliable and knowledgeable service when I need them

I think it is a 50/50 thing when it comes to warranty and Geek squad. The tv is expensive under a good discount. Getting a warranty is not a bad idea. Seriously what if…! Just like to be on the safe side.

Always get to geek squad plan when I buy something at Best Buy. They always come through when I need them.

This 5-Year Standard Geek Squad Protection is highly recommended. Always get it on everything I can from Best Buy. Just in case. They pretty much always come through if we have had issues with items that are covered.

Purchase the Geek Squad protection service as an insurance policy for my 75" TV... just in case something would go wrong as it's mounted on my den wall. There is nothing like having insurance when buying a extra large TV that's mounter of the wall.

It was nice to have this but it’s a bit costly in imo. If you have things you need help setting up in home it’s a good deal. If you have many things you want looked at and can bring them in it’s a good deal

Thi protection is worth every penny! We had this on our last TV and the TV started to show screen burns after only to years. The coverage allowed us to replace the faulty TV at no additional out of pocket.

I just bought a new TV with my geek squad credit because my three year old OLED had a few bad pixels. Worth every penny.

Super excited to have a warranty this long, hopefully it comes in handy, but I’ve heard great things from friends!

Have not used being new TV as of yet but will call if any issues.

Highly recommended we have not had to use it but o like the peace of mind incase I do
