I chose to purchase 2 years of Geek Squad Protection for my tv just in case anything were to happen. I don't expect it to, but it's good to know that Best Buy is going to do everything possible to fix it if it comes to that.

I have to had the need to use. Hopefully I will not be able to rate this in the future.

Tv is great! Clear picture! It was a great price for this size tv.

Once again, complete relaxation with the knowledge that any related problem would be taken care of by the technicians of the Geek Squad.

Purchased the extra protection for the new TV we purchased as it was inexpensive, that being said it was a "just in case" purchase and hopefully we won't need to put it to the test.

Have to give local Geek Squad 5 Stars. If you get transferred to call center hang up and give Glendora Geek Squad the call. They know customer service.

We all hope that we never have issues with our electronic purchases, but sometime that does not happen. This 5 Year plan is well worth the money paid, if problems arise with the TV purchase!

I haven't had to use my protection plan but I hope I never have to either. I would recommend the plan just in case you have something unintended happen to your product.

Everyproblem from loading, interface, distortions, dropouts have been dealt with quickly and efficiently be the Geek squad. Mostly over the phone, but once or tice at Best Buy. These people know what they are doing and are worth the investment.

My new 5 yr geek squad plan for my new Tv is offering such a terrific money savi g warranty on my phone if broke or not working right. Who doesnt need this?

I always buy a Best Buy Protection Plan when I make a larger dollar purchase. It gives me peace of mind and I think it's a great value. I will continue to do this for future purchases.

I always recommend to add this services. The personel always resolved any issues that I have.

Good service but the salesman don't seem to have the same story on what it covers or how to use it. I canceled the protection after I returned the product due to it stopping working.

Decent price for the protection coverage for 2 years.

My computer had someone hack into it. The Geek squad saved my computer by telling me what to do as soon as it happened. I did not lose anything.

Wouldn't buy any electronics without a warranty. Have used this same type of warranty before thru Best Buy and we were never upset or disappointed with the service or follow up.

the delivery guys were super friendly and helpful and delivered right on time, as well as kept me updated as they got closer to my house

I purchase extended protection from BB on all major electronic purchases. With the declining quality in electronics recently it is definitely worth the cost to me.
