Not sure what to say about protecting except I am happy best buy offers it

Always a good idea to get when you are purchasing open box items or electronics for kids.

The agent didn't connect the TV. We love our TV but I do have a question if you don't use your warranty do you get money back

Best television I have have bought. I needed to replace a similar tv that I accidentally damaged. Please be careful hitting tv with any objects. It cannot take any type of hits

Have used Geek Squad services for installation purposes on all of my electronics. Very professional and super fast.

Fortunately the BestBuy brand LCD TV did not need service during the 2 year period, but the price of the protection was reasonable and I don't feel as though I lost anything having paid for the extra protection plan.
