The agent set the TV up did a sort walk of how to operate TV and the function

Got this warranty at a good price along with my tv purchase. Haven't had any problems so therefore I haven't used it. But from what I read it sounds lije it should be easy to file a claim.

I'm so happy I purchased the warranty. The Geek Squad is the best. I had a issue with my 75 inch TV and they was willing to help and they fixed the issue right over the phone. Quick and easy process.

I'm thankful that I don't have to worry for several years that my TV is gonna break down. My previous TV died just a little over a year, and of course I didn't get the warranty that time! Learned my lesson.

I set up an appointment and was seen the same day. My tv wind up not working so the warranty was cashed in and got my.money back on a gift card. So highly recommend especially for open box items.

Best Buy Geek Squad has the best protection plans on Electronics as well as they've got the best return policy, exchange, replacement, ect... I highly recommend getting Electronics from Best Buy & purchasing the Geek Squad protection plan.

Best Buy only offers 2 years instead of 5 years on their Geek Squad Protection Plan. 2 years is better than no years. It’s a must anything you buy from Best Buy.

I always get Best Buy's extended warranty on anything over $250. My Samsung 75" flat screen croaked 4 years into the warranty, and as a result, more than paid for itself.

called them to resolve a tv sold to me with missing internal hardware. they refused to help. tell your floor salesmen to stop telling customers "anything that happens to the tv, unless you hit it with a sledge hammer, it is covered" if they don't even help with a broken tv is sold. 0 accountability

Nopefully never needed. idk why companies want reviews ONLY weeks after a purchase, at least send another review link 1-2 year after.

Geek Squad is extremely clutch. Absolutely worth the money. I have used them multiple times, and they never fail.
