Having the Geek Squad Protection has been very helpful. It's now been upgraded to "Total Tech Support", but is worth having the benefits of this 'Insurance Policy'.

Have not had to use this yet and hoping that we don't. Still nice to know that if we do need it that it is there. Some of the other things we bought in the past, we also added this protection.

Great tech service for all technology appliances you purchase they do they best And they make sure to tell you what things are needed and are going to be done for them to be able to fix the appliances

I know so mean products last a long time, but it doesn't hurt to have them covered.

I got this warranty because I dropped my previous tv, my second one in 1 year, and had I had a warranty the first two times, I wouldn’t be in this boat. I know that the next time something may happen to my tv, it’s covered and will be in great hands. :)

I never had to use a protection plan yet but its nice to know that they will cover your purchase if anything goes wrong within that time frame.

I have used the Geek Squad twice now and have had a great experience both times. The first was for a tv the other was home computer. They are very professional and patient. They answered all my question.
