I bought and used the extended warranty from Best Buy and recommend it to everyone.

Squad is an excellent service. I hope I never have to use it but excellent nonetheless.

I know they do quality work from previous encounters with them. Unfortunately due to the holidays and covid I have to wait over 2 weeks for a house call on a tb that died 2 weeks after purchase. They are always worth it though. Just backed up I suppose currently.

It's always good to have your products that you purchase covered be the geek squad protection. it's real good if a product becomes damaged and can be fixed without coming out of pocket.

For the peace of mind on my budget TV, well worth the pruchase. I havent had to use it yet, but its like car insurance, if you dont have it and need then you will definitely regret it.

I don't really know what to say about the warrantee program because I haven't had to use it. I have been buying products from Best Buy for business applications and have had great success.

My suggestion is to always always get the protection plan

I got best return service at in store customer desk, it was truly professional.

I recently purchased a toshiba tv for $230 so I had no intentions of purchasing an extended warranty. Best Buy offered a two year warranty for only $29 so I couldn't pass this up. This is one of the best extended warranties around in my opinion.

Practically a must do today with products not as reliable as years back. Saves additional headaches & $$$$.
