||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I like having geek squad, for the most part it has been great, I did have a problem with my laptop, brought it in, they sent it out to be fixed. They also charged me because they said the problem it had wasn't covered under my protection plan, but when I got it back, it still wasn't fixed, so basically I went with no computer for almost a month.

Best to have the protection.

I totally believe in it and my friends have told me also how good it is too.

5-year extended warranty

It gives me peace of mind that if I were to have any problems at all with my tv I can count on Geek Squad repairing or replacing my product.

Recommend Geek Squad

I enjoy the service in Culver City because they do stand behind their product in case the item breaks or is damaged in some way, and it's very much recommended. I would say get the five year plans if you can afford it since it does get costly when you purchase only the two year plans.
