5 -year extend extended warranty, have not had to use . Reading all the paperwork seems like it’s very straightforward and easily to use.

I always trusted the geek squad to do repairs and answer a bunch of my questions they always been there for me and the family great job and installing our washer and dryer thank you very much

I am so glad that I bought the Geek Squad 5 year protection plan! I've had a few issues with the device and the Geek Squad has always stepped up to the plate and hit it out of the park.

The agent who showed up to mount my TV and connected to all my devices, was amazing! She was so patient and very kind and not only sitting up the TV and my DIRECTV remote, but she loaded the fire TV remote to my iPhone, and completely set it up for me to her satisfaction. I am a quadriplegic, and she was very understanding of my need to be able to control the television from my iPhone. She spent quite a bit of time on setting my phone up because it was apparently quite an involved process. Normally I would attempt this on my own . But I am glad she did it for me. I wholeheartedly recommend the geek squad protection to anyone making a purchase from Best Buy.

We bought this tv for a family member who is bed ridden. This TV provides exceptional viewing experience. Color is sharp and sound is great even without a sound bar. The remote is easy to use which is a blessing. The price was extremely good and of course we choice to add on the protection policy which was extremely cost effective but truly dont think we will need it. There were many add on options to view free for 30 days. A great idea to test things out and see if these things suit you. This transaction was easy and delivery was quick and on time. Samsung is the best product in this class and Best Buy has the greatest service. A very good experience.

I recently started having a screen issue with a TV I purchased from Best Buy; I had also purchased the Geek Squad Protection Plan. My TV was still within the extended Geek Squad warranty period. Honestly, I expected a major hassle trying to get my TV repaired/replaced. However, within a couple days Geek Squad determined my TV could not be repaired, offered almost the entire original purchase price, and applied it to a new TV of my choosing. The process was seamless and efficient, and I could not be happier! Needless to say, I once again purchased the Geek Squad Protection Plan for my new TV.

I recently tried this product and overall, I’m quite satisfied with it. The quality feels solid, and it performs as expected. It’s easy to use, looks good, and seems durable enough for everyday use.

Couldn’t do it without her she found everything for me. I didn’t even have to worry about it just went to the geek desk and she helped me out.

The geek squad set up my laptop with ease for me to use. The rep answered al my questions and ensured I was satisfied before I left.

I had to leave the laptop with the above sihce of the drivers which handles the brightness went down as well new laptop got hit with it. The geek squad were excellent and they not seen this before but they reinstalled windows on both and the ultra brigh They htness was taken care of. They are a great team .

I worked for geek squad for 6 years. Believe me when I say a 5 year on an OLED is worth it. I’ve seen cases where no warranty was bought, and it’s sad. For any OLED tv it’s a must as only Best Buy offers this! Other line Square trade will not cover burn in, and will give you a hard time about everything to deny a claim. As a former Geeksquad employee we always put the client first and gave excellent service. Just note: for TVs this doesn’t cover personally neglect like breaking it. So keep it away from pets and children if worried. Otherwise all surges, burn ins, components are covered via replacement. Or give card to put towards a new purchase. On LCD with VA, IPS panel can’t say really as the biggest worry is a backlight out, and most CC will double your MFW if needed.

I always get the geek squad insurance! Just in case you never know what happens always a must when buying electronics!

I have good experiences with this extended warranty from Geek Squad, so I have piece of mind by always purchasing it. Would recommend for sure.

Just the right size Tv for a small apartment . NO problems love it and the price was great. Bought the 5year warrenry for 30 BUCKS CAN NT GO WRONG
