Feel better knowing if needed can use this extra protection for my tv.

Definitely worth the money for a five year warranty on the TVs

Awesome protection that was available when I purchased the TV.

Harvey came out for my in-home theater appointment and he was very professional. He was on time and he explained what was going on what I could expect what my five-year warranty covered what was wrong with my LGQNED TV and what my options were was very kind he was cognizant of, my household and that our household was a disabled household, and I was very appreciative of his generosity his suggestions and his great customer service thank you Harvey for a job well done !!

I always get a warranty from bestbuy on big ticket items, and i defenitly feel better about my purchase.

Best Buy did well helping me get a replacement for my Samsung 65" TV. They gave me about $450 for my old TV which really helped me be able to get a high quality new one. The warranty was well worth was it cost me to purchase.

Greek Squad extended warranty for tvs is worth it. We had a tv go bad after 3.5 three years and received a refund of the price to buy a new one because we purchased the 5-year warranty. The process was easy and quick.

Havent had a chance to get to experience they business but i am absolutely sure they rock

if there’s ever a problem within the five-year warranty if they can’t fix it or there is no part available they swap out the TV for a brand new one no problem the following year model you just have to pay for another five year warranty. Can’t say anything more better for Best Buy will still be a customer.

I started using geek squad after having one experience where we put a warranty on a TV and few months before it expired The backlight went out and we called and geek squad was excellent since then I have put geek squad on every TV that comes into my house with four children we have since used it multiple times and never have had an issue. Definitely recommend to people who are on a budget who can't afford to replace electronics when having issues. Geek squad makes this a non-issue.

Hopefully I never need it but to know you have a 5 year warranty is a good thing.
