I have not had the necessity to use the coverage for any of the devices bought with the Geek Squad Protection.

Great warranty and added protection for an appliance or electronic.

WOW, This was a great buy for the price for this tv,and with the help that we received we picked the perfect tv for the room we put it in. There are no complaints on,color or picture. Sound was fine but with the great service we got the best sound bar witch i will leave a review on it as well.

I always get my best buy products with extra warranty insurance. Have never had any issues with warranty work. Couple of years back I bought a refrigerator and the ice maker was repaired 3 times. After the fourth time the ice maker broke best buy lemoned the refrigerator and worked up the paper work then told me to pick out a new refrigerator with store credit of the original cost of the faulty lemonade refrigerator. Great investment.

Always get the protection if ur TV is over $1000. I bought the 5 year warranty on my old Sony tv. It broke 4 years 7 months in the warranty and they offered to give the same model for the new year or $870 towards new tv. It was definitely worth the money. BTW I paid $1000 for the old tv.

Bought the protection plan with my TV back in 2017. The picture on the TV started to go with only a couple months left on the protection plan. Contacted GeekSquad and they diagnosed the issue and replaced my TV. I got credited for the TV I bought in 2017 and they waved the delivery and haul away charges, which allowed me to afford to upgrade my TV because all I had to pay was the difference. Highly recommended.

The Geek Squad got the Bravia 75" UHD TV up the stairs to my 600 sq ft loft area with no problems and put things together with no problems. I had the TV for about a week with no problems except for setting up and installing apps. Hardware wise the clock has started and we'll see where things go from this point...

Our first TV has multiple programs; Best Buy told us we could return it and come in and choose a new TV. TV problems was NOT Best Buy fault. Just one of those Lemons you can get from time to time. They sent Jonathan to our Home from the Geek Squad. We were very satisfied with his Service. Very thorough in explaining operation of our new TV. Feeling confident with the operating of our TV was his Top Priority. (They also take back the other TV that had problems). Best Buy is the place to buy any Electronics because of their Sales People and the Geek Squad, they are all very well trained.

I already used this on my new TV because of stuck pixels. I didn't want to have to take the tv back for an exchange, so i called geek squad and they fixed the issue in less than 20 minutes!

I wouldn't buy an extended warranty anywhere else. This one is actually worth it
