The Squad really went out their way to make sure I was able to use my GS Warranty to the fullest.. They made sure I was able to purchase a replacement TV after my original wouldn't stay powered on.. They gave me great suggestions on different TV's to purchase with the amount I was given on my store credit..

I'm not a technology-minded person. As a result, I want someone I can call if I have a question about the product I've purchased, or a problem arises. Having Geek Squad protection gives me peace of mind because I know I can call them 24/7 (yes, I've called them in the middle of the night), and they will help me. Recommend getting a protection plan for TV with todays disposable TVs. Twice I was in my warranty period and BB replaced my TV for free with a new TV.

The Geek Squad did an excellent job installing my 7O inch TV.

I have had Geek Squad’s support a few times. They are always helpful: phone or in-person! So for me having the yearly plan is a no-brainer. However, I still think Best Buy should not have removed the inclusion of complimentary home set up that they had up until this year!
