I purchased the five year warranty in case of future problems. I haven’t had any issues so I can’t comment on the service. It’s good to know you have it just in case something happens.

Thankfully, I have not had to utilize the incredibly beneficial Geek Squad services quite yet, but it's refreshing to know they are available if needed

I bought the extra insurance in case anything unforseen happens to my electronics I don't make much money, so I can't afford to replace things all the time.

Never had yo use but 5 years for the price is a great deal.

I mounted my TV to a TV stand mount. I purchased the 2 year extended warranty with it. The one thing I didn't know is when you do purchase the extended warranty it runs side by side with the manufacturer warranty which I didn't know it did it that way. I thought it started after the manufacturer warranty ended but it doesn't. So he sure to ask questions about that.

Had this on my last TV, it began having issues just before plan expired so I got lucky. BB kept trying to repair it but then something else came up. I was kind of ticked off as it was costing more to keep trying useless repairs. Finally after over 3 months of failed attempts they called it a wash. I took the full credit and upgraded to a better set. It was a pain but in the end they apologized when they reveiwed my purchase history. I got another 5 year plan for the new TV.

Four years into the plan our 65" TV was having issues. The part was going to cost more than replacing the tv so we were given the option of a replacement or store credit for the amount we paid four years ago. We also had the option of buying a new protection plan for the new tv. Geek Squad phone support was very easy to work with getting this set up. We'd definitely recommend this!

My original purchase was on a ROKU tv, which i opted out of protection About 6 weeks later my BRAND NEW tv screen went all scrambled. i panicked being out of the 30 day return window. However when i called the store the gentleman gave me no hassle and allowed me to return TV. While there he talked me and my boyfriend in to buying a better bigger tv. he informed us of all the benifits that come along with the protection plan so we purchased that as well. so far have not had to use on the new TV but nice having peice of mind if anything goes wrong

So far so good!!! Haven't had to use it yet, but for the price, is great peace of mind!!!

I'm now retired from Best Buy after working in the Magnolia Department for 13 years, & I'm a "True Believer" in the Geek Squad In-Home Protection for 5 years, on my mom's TV. Her TV is on at least 12 hours a day, & has Roku built in application, & it's 4K ready, so her TV features will be utilized a lot. She's also, bed ridden & her new TCL is her entertainment. If this set should break down (Doesn't cover physical damage), then all I have to do is call 1-8000-GEEK-SQUAD, & they'll come out to service it or replace it !

It never hurts to go the extra mile to have some insurance in case something goes wrong. This purchase gave me peace of mind and the value was inexpensive as well.

I always purchase the Geek Squad protection plan with my electronic purchases. The price is very reasonable; even if you don't need it, it's well worth the peace of mind. I only had to use it once; all it took was one phone call and my TV was replaced. I'm very pleased with my Geek Squad Protection plan.

1000 % necessary on any and all devices through Best Buy always and I mean always under no circumstances could you ever go without purchasing one of these perfect warranties with zero deductible and from how it was explained to me hopefully Best Buy ensures everything from car home medical and life insurance soon your other Best Buy is to buy a bunch of Best Buy stock immediately no matter what the market looks like right now such as I've done last year it's just as good as Tesla and we'll get even better in the years to come
