honestly, geek squad protection is one of the best i’ve ever used. they are always such nice people to talk to and they always find a solution for your problem!

We got this sound bar because our tv sound was not enough. We got the 5.0 to amplify the sound. Was presently surprised when we discovered that this sound bar was full range with amazing bass.

Gives you the piece of mind in case something goes wrong.

Best Buy backed the product. It was a cheap DVD player so the plan was about $10. It quit after a year so I took it back. They looked it up and said no problem, you are covered. Go back to the shelf and get a new one, we don't repair that model. Naturally, I picked a different brand that was the same price. Changing brands was not a problem and I walked out with my new player.

I had a LGC2 go out on me they gave me a gift card for the entire purchase price of the TV. It was fairly simple. This is the first time I've had to use it for that.

The squad delivered my new tv and removed my old tv. They adjusted all the settings and most importantly showed me how to make adjustments.

When I purchased a TV through Best buy I was given a geek squad protection discount of $100 so I took advantage of it and have been using it the whole time. I've had surveillance cameras put up, home speakers installed and ethernet cable ran with this service this is an awesome deal.

I recently was able to get a brand new replacement Smart TV from Best Buy because I had this plan! I usually do buy extended protection plans and have never regretted doing so--especially when I hear friends and family say they have expensive repairs on electronics that are out of warranty.

I bought a protection plan for a previous TV. When it started acting up, I called, they came, they replaced. It was awesome. No problems, no runaround. Got a credit for full purchase price as they were unable to fix and I got a new TV and another protection plan.

Purchased this additional warranty support contract to cover the item purchased with it. Always good to have a backup plan if there are any unforeseen issues with the technology.

I am down for the Geek Squad. I did not hesitate to join the team. I love there name and have been motivated to purchase protection every time I see there brand.
