Great protection plan for the price! I would recommend!

Do not do what I did and forget to add this to you're purchase, definitely worth the piece of mind it gives you. Also is a value and if the squad is ever needed are some of the nicest most patient people around.

I've used this type of protection on products I've purchased in the past, and it was helpful to have it in place when needed. Fortunately, I have not used this very often, and I hope I do not need to for this most recent purchase. I'm giving it 5 stars based on ease of use for past products I've owned that needed replacement, repair, or a quick tweak at the store.

Thankfully I haven't had to use this service as of yet, but there's nothing like that piece of mind should anything malfunction. I purchased this protection plan for a Smart TV purchase, and would recommend anyone making a high end purchase to get this protection plan. It only cost a few bucks extra and could really help should anything happen to your tech equipment.

I needed them to connect our new tv to our sound system. They were quite knowledgeable, very effective and great to work with.

I took my laptop in thinking it was at the end of life geek squad professionals explain to me that if you wipe delete the old information laptop will work like new they added new virus software works fine took approximately three days and as promised they delivered I’m very pleased with their service

I have always been a fan of Best Buy Service Plans. Granted it is like every other insurance: you hate paying for it, but you hate not having it when you need it. I have been on both sides of Best Buy Service Plans: I have purchased some and never used it and I have purchased some and used it. The experiences that I have had using them have all been good so I continue to purchase the service plans.

This is by far the best thing I have ever bought from Bestbuy!!! I recommend this to everyone that purchases from Bestbuy. It is extremely easy to use and there is no problems when you use it. Recommend to everyone

Went into the store with a tv that had a protection plan it wasnt working properly they exchanged i walked out with a new one and was 100% satisfied and will continue to shop with best buy

We had a 2 warranty and had to use it two months before it expired got a full refund for original purchase and was able to buy a new tv the same day !!!!!! Great service

Protection plan for tv hopeful we never need to use it

My last tv had a problem nearly immediately after purchase. The Geek Squad replaced the hardware boards and the tv was fine for as long as I expected it to last.
