I read several review for the tv I was about to purchase and there were some problems. The people had the geek squad protection and noted the timeliness and ease of replacing the troubled product with the protection plan. So I purchased it. I hope I do not have to use it but am glad I have it.

Cant take the chance just go with the Squad iv always had issues in the past with returns and geek squad takes care of everything no hassle

Protection plan for tv hopeful we never need to use it

Getting the geek squad protection is the best thing you can do for all your tech purchases. Now says it seems like everything is either broke or I need help with it and the squad is there for me when I need help.

I have utilized the protection plan on several items and Best Buy has honored the plan each time. The way appliances are made anymore, it is just smart to get a protection plan on them. There will always be something that happens. Warranty helps me feel better about spending that much money on an appliance or TV

I had to use this with my last TV, so I will be purchasing these going forward when I buy a new TV

I purchased this protection plan to cover issues that may arise on my Samsung 4K Ultra Smart TV. It is expensive, but I believe it's worth it; this plan gives me 5 years of protection for my tv, which is necessary because the tv is also expensive. If my tv malfunctions, they have to fix it for free or replace the tv. This protection is a must-have!

Haven't had the need for this yet but 5 years is a long time. Seeing as how my LG CX had problems after 3 years, I'm hoping that my new LG C3 will perform better.

Love Geek Squad and their protection plans. I always get one and even if I don't have a protection plan they try to assist me as much as they can. Thank you!!

THE AGENT CAME TO SEE WHAT MY ISSUE WAS WITH MY TV HE WAS EXCELLENT IN EXPLAINING THE ISSUES BEFORE ME AND WAS ABLE TO RESOLVE ALL ,I DID HAVE TO UPDATE A FEW THINGS SO I HAD PRE-PURCHASED THE POSSIBLE ISSUE ITEMS AND WAS A GOOD THING CAUSE WE DID USE THEM AND DIDN'T HAVE TO COME BACK ALL DONE IN ONE VISIT,

No issues yet. Great tv. Responsive, good colors, easy to use, and it sounds great! Very happy with purchase.

Great warranty service. Part to repair the TV was not available, so a store credit was provided for a TV of similar specs. Bought the warranty service again for the new TV.

I bought this for my mother when she had her new TV set up. She has already used it and the service has been great. I think they helped her set up her hearing aids to connect to the TV and have helped with other functional things she did not know how to do. Very happy with service.
