Very happy to have the peace of mind of a 5 year plan and if something goes wrong I know it'll be addressed correctly.

The agent was very helpful in identifying that my old plan didn't give me the benefits that would help me save money on my current CPU issues. He refunded (pro-rated) the old plan, signed me up for the new plan and I saved $75.00 overall. Jay with Geek Squad is the bomb!

For most products I don't buy extended warranties or insurance. The price of the insurance is usually high enough that you might get a new appliance or device cheaply enough to take the risk. But for big screens and computers I get protection to protect me from the hassle of a dead on arrival unit or dead pixels or accidental damage. It is not just the unit price, but the reduction in time required to navigate the replacement that I am insuring.

i'm really glad my new 43" 4K TV came with it. it was a reasonable price too, i decided i didn't need the 5 year one because that was too long. the two year for an extra $20 was perfect! I am worried something might happen to the TV one day, so i decided to get it.

Keeps me at ease. Good to know that accidents are covered.

We've had the television for a bit over 1 month and so far are extremely happy with it. The picture is beautiful. It communicates well with our computer so we can use EyeTV to create a mirror image. The only thing that could be a problem is that there are no controls on the TV so you do not want to lose the remote or run out of batteries.

Truly a must have when you purchase a new TV! I have had to use it in the past and boy was I glad I had this. If your spending alot of money on something that can can get damaged by nature along (lightning) than you definitely should have this protection.

I feel better having Geek Squad extended warranty protection than without it. Purchasing these warranties in the past has always paid off and worked out well. The Geek Squad techs know what they are doing.

I am so glad I purchased this television. The picture quality is just beautiful. I tell all my friends and family about this television. It is so easy to get to everything you want to watch because it is all at the bottom of your screen instead of having to scroll all over the place. It is the best purchase I have ever made!! When I purchased my LG TV from Best Buy, I was more than pleased to find the excellent service contract that was available, and for such an affordable price. Got the protection plan just Incase because of the tv that I bough that I was told was a hold I say tv edition made for Black Friday so for 2 years I’ll be protected if the tv happens to internally not work well so I can get a new one!
