Geek squad was great! Helped me load it in vehicle upon pickup, and gave me a few insights about the product.

Has great sound, excellent picture quality, the remote is a little funky so purchased a different Samsung remote and it works great on the tv. Definitely would purchase again.

Bought five year for our expensive oled tv that was purchased on holiday sale. Used it to have techs virtually help me with some picture setting issues. Used some of the TV savings to get five year so don’t have to worry if need support.

I feel so very secure knowing that I have this extra protection . I bought this item at an open box purchase and was feeling a little skeptical about It since it was open box but it looks brand-new and with the extra protection that was offered along with it I am not worried about anything going wrong because if it does I'm protected.

I bought the 70' Samsung TV, it works very well and we are satisfied and recommend it to some friends!!

I like my laptop is fast and is great but I still got to work on it because I have forgotten my computer skills so I have to get back to it but it's very great I like it

The Geek squad team are awesome! I hate that I waited so long to get their help. I get nice guys that know tons of stuff. They have helped me with setting up a new laptop, got my old printer to communicate with my new laptop and did the greatest job on my install of new wall mounted tv with sound bar. Great guys!!!

This 2 year protection plan came in handy once my tv stopped working almost 2 years to the purchase date. Geek Squad mailed it out to be diagnosed and within 2 days I received an email that my device would be replaced. I went in and was given a gift card.

I haven’t had to use it yet but it gives me piece of mind just in case something happens to my television set after the manufacturer warranty expires. The nice thing about Best Buy protection plans is that Best Buy will come to your house to fix.

Great! Inwish there was accudental protection! And the orice was not as bad too for a 1k tv

My tv was mounted and installed by two of the most intelligent agents they could have sent my way. I felt very comfortable having them to work in my home. The patient they had explaining the ups and downs of have to maneuver through the channels was a plus.

From others ive talked to and what ive seen in the store i have no doubts about the quality of the service

The warranty covers everything for 5 years! seems like a no brainer.

Highly recommend the Geek Squad warranty. Manufacture warranties don't last long and you gotta ship them out. Totally regretted not getting it for my monitor, but got it for most other items. Have used it and they make it easy for a Repair/Replacement

Was having problems with my wifi on my smart tv. Called the Geeks, tried some fixes over the phone which didn't work, they scheduled an in home repair. within a week my TV was fixed. The techs that came to fix the Tv were very professional. Didn't leave until all my questions were answered. Would recommend the protection plan.

Thet take care of the issue at hand.....Buy it as a membership, and all your purchases are covered, instead of purchasing it for each item.....Im almost 100% You guys are awesome!!!!!!

Geek squad rocks! Good price for 2 Year warranty and best part if something goes wrong they come to your house! No need to pack it up and bring it to the store!

Great affordable TV, its very sleek, works great and its pretty big. Overall happy with the purchase, also it was extremely easy to install.
