Do not Live without it. Do not Live without it. Do not Live without it. It is wonderful when you need it. Never get the Geek Squad warranty on a cell phone if you have trouble they only do factory reset. Unless you break it. Everything else Geek Squad is the only way to go.

Love Geek Squad and their protection plans. I always get one and even if I don't have a protection plan they try to assist me as much as they can. Thank you!!

Very professional, newer TV (1 year old) pixels started showing lines vertically on TV screen. Squad determined that it was a manufacturer issue and gave me a credit for the valuation of TV..No hassle, highly recommend.

So worth it. Not very expensive and so fabulous when you need it. I’ve popped in for the Geek Squad to answer questions, give me explanations for things that didn’t make sense, help me install programs then understand the nuances, they have run checks as often as I thought my computer was compromised. So helpful, will always have a Geek Squad plan!

I am the type of person that would rather play it safe and be covered than to take a chance and be surprised later. Since my knowledge is not very good on fixing things buying the protection plan gives me piece of mind that if ever I need help someone knowledgeable will be there for me.
