Getting a Best Buy warranty is always a good deal! With the smart tv's being a "fairly new" technology, I figured I couldn't go wrong with the fantastic Best Buy Geek Squard looking out for me for the next 5 years!!

Like any purchase of insurance we did our home work and bought well. We hope we never need it but know the Geek Squad will be there if we do!

I bought the policy for a new TV. I havent had to use the Geeksquad protection yet, and hopefully never have to, but its good to know that they will replace the TV is there are any problems that cant be fixed.

You cannot buy any large items without extended warranty. Everything breaks

After working for Best Buy I definitely understand the purpose of Geek Squad Protection . So it was definitely a no brainer to add it on to my tv purchase .

Well, I figured I better purchase the 2 Year Protection Plan for my New TV just Incase. I know I have had issues and problems with this type of Protection Plan Before on Different TV’s and items from Best Buy but I guess it really comes down to the peace of mind.

Geek squad personnel were great. I was disappointed that it took a week to get the TV delivered. That doesn’t seem reasonable. Just poor management.
