Didn’t use this much but its helpful if you can get it

The extra 5 years cost me $40 and I think it's completely worth it. It does not cover physical accidental damage. I bought a Samsung TV from Bestbuy and after 4 years of long use via gaming, the power supply went out, something the warranty would cover or if there's a bad HDMI cord.

Bought this for guest room. Perfect size,great picture and colors. Great sound. Very happy

This TV has the greatest picture and really sounds great - even when you turn the volume up high. It was very easy to mount on the wall.

In today's complex electronic world, I wanted the protection and a hassle-free way to deal with the problems we experience from time to time. I haven't had to use it yet, but it brings me comfort to know I can get help when I need it.

Almost 2 years ago, I purchased a 65" Sharp Roku TV from Best Buy. I'd never purchased an extended warranty before, but this time I did and now I'm glad. About a month before the warranty expired, pale streaks started showing up on my screen. I called Best Buy and they sent a technician out. The panel was going bad and they couldn't get a replacement, nor was the TV still offered. The technician gave me paperwork and told me to take it to my local store. Sure enough, they took care of me! I picked a new TV, paid just the difference in cost from the original, and a week later the new TV was delivered and the old one taken away. And yes, I bought the extended warranty for the new one.

I have not had the necessity to use the coverage for any of the devices bought with the Geek Squad Protection.

The geek squad protecrion was a very good buy being that my items usually hv slite problems not all the time some times

Have never had a problem with the squad when requesting assistance.
