Thought it a good value, won’t know more unless I need to use it!

The warranty is a good option but the product could have been better

My tv went out and the service allowed me to replace it with a new equivalent tv. They were very professional and efficient in solving my problem. I would recommend especially if are buying a expensive item.

If you're looking to get a protection plan make sure you start off with 1 or 2 year if you get a long-term warranty even if your product goes out after 6 months you have to purchase a new warranty for whatever product they replace your bad one with

The only good thing about it is knowing you'll have a replacement for 5 years if something goes bad. After dealing with the geek squad customer service multiple time on multiple products it leaves a lot to be desired. Plus I had to pay another $150 for new protection plan on my tv I traded in for, simply because they couldn't figure out what was wrong with my tv. I don't think it's fair that I paid $150 initially for the protection and guarantee they will fix what's wrong and because they can't figure it out have to pay another $150 because they were stumped and tired of trying. 5-6 attempts and still couldn't get it.

Better coverage than other place’s protection plan

Easy set up. It was affordable and lightweight. My kiddos love it, easy to navigate.

Geek squad protection is the best. Haven't had to use it since your products are durable and hopefully I won't have to buy I know 8t works as my wife keeps ruining her headphones!!!

Okay price without having too much of purchase was a lemon. Have yet to use the warranty but terms and conditions shows it would be worth it if it decides to crap out

Although I haven’t had to use it I rest easier knowing that when the time comes I am going to be well taken care of!

This warranties are great anything we buy we purchase it. Has saved us more money than they cost times 10. .

Lets hope I never have to use it. I'm glad I have it just incase I know I'm covered.

While I have seldom had to use the Geek Protections plans I have always not regretted when I had to. They are worth the money for sure.

They do a super job in repairing any device you purchase with protection and its safer to buy it as insurance instead of paying a full price down the line. I would highly recommend this product!

I would never be without the Geek Squad service plan. It is the best think for electronics and appliances.

The 2 men that delivered the freezer took it from the Box bring it into the house set it up open the Freezer set all the racks in everything was perfect 2 great service man they even took the empty Box..

It's just insurance coverage. Nothing special about it
