Very professional and very attentive in and out very quickly

I was a little reluctant at 1st to spend $450 for a 5 year warranty for my Samsung - 85" Class Q70A Series QLED 4K UHD Smart Tizen TV. After reading the customer reviews from the customers that didn’t purchase it really regretted not purchasing the warranty. I feel much more comfortable now that I purchased the warranty for my tv.

This right here is a must have. They brought in my TV and it had a crack in the middle of it and I called them and they came out the next day with a brand new TV. They didn't ask a lot of questions they just replaced it they said my warranty was good and it was here to help me answer me if I had any problems or complications called them and they will take care of everything. Having a warranty on your stuff that you purchase at Best Buy is the best thing that you can ever do.

And he's always a good thing to purchase the protection plan.

Geek Squad service is a super value - I have used it for repair or replacement many times over the years. It pays for itself in the long run. I never buy a major appliance or electronics without it. And only Best Buy has the Best Buy Geek Squad service. It is one of the main reasons I buy from Best Buy.

The agent is mounted my TV and connected it to all my spectrum devices and Internet services

They were friendly and helpful but getting the appointment was more difficult than it needed to be

Within three months of my tv purchase, I had to use the Geek Squad service when I dropped the remote control in my coffee. Their help was immediate and I was able to get a replacement within a week. I always get this coverage whenever I make a purchase.

Floor staff uplsold me to the 5 year protection plan. Hopefully i dont regret it

just purchased the warranty but 5 years it’s the worth of money

I always get the Best Buy warranties, they are great, never had a bad experience when i had to use my warranty. Worth getting.

WE discovered after unboxing the 75 inch television, that there was an internal flaw....the screen did not show! When I called, the gentleman said a replacement television would be sent out and the flawed one would be picked up....and it was within 3 days!!!

I bought this because the price was so good, and I have had Geek Squad protection plans before. Have not had to use it yet, but its there just in case.
