It's nice having a 5 year warranty on a Smart TV. You never know what can happen during that time. It's very easy for a pixel to burn out and ruin the TV experience. I always buy warranties on electronics.

So worth the money! Got a new TV comparable when the picture went dead on a model purchased two years ago. A. It difficult to cash in on during COVID and geek squad staff working remotely but in the end came away with a brand new TV!

Nice to have extra Warranty for items you buy, but the Prices for the Extended Warranty have INCREASED DRAMATICALY.

Warrarnty is $ well spent. Ive gotten multiple warranties from best buy and had to use a few times. Definitely worth it

This service contract is well worth it. If anything goes wrong they will come fix it or replace

I've had to use the service in the past for other products. Having the service makes replacement much easier when problems arise.

My sales person brought my TV to my truck let my seats down and make sure that my TV 75 inch fit in my truck

I have renewed my Geek Squad coverage for the last 5 years. I’ve had wonderful service from them. Anytime I need assistance I can log in from home and most of the time they fix the problem in no time. When I have had to go to the store everyone is extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

Would recommend to purchase for certain higher priced items. Everyone always nice and helpful

Insurance or additional Protection is always a good thing to have, makes for Carefree Viewing of Sports, Movies & Drama

I haven’t had to use it yet but it does bring some comfort knowing my purchase is protected if something happens to it.

Pickup at store was so easy. Squad was assertive and very kind.

Worth the money if you spend more than $600 on a TV. Also 55" TV or larger they come to you to fix it.
