I purchased this protection with the above Samsung TV and wall mount. The previous TV had problems after purchased and was finally replaced with a new Samsung TV with the protections.

This plan comes In handy my first tv the screen was cracked second tv was not familiar with the brand and my third tv was just what I was looking for the service was awesome

Haven't had need to use this yet, and hopefully won't have to. But with other Geek Squad Protection Plans I have always been more than satisfied with the results.
