    So currently I am creating a claim my tv is broken not sure what happened to the tv I just bought a month and half ago I kept calling and I was hung up on twice also when I finally spoke to someone he told me I broke my tv and I was not covered I clearly said I’m not sure what happened I spent 1500 why would I break my tv I need someone to come see what’s wrong I asked to speak to someone’s else and he told me I couldn’t because nobody was there I really don’t know what the outcome will be but I will keep you guys posted I have the 5 year warranty that I spent over 100$ for smh like even if it’s a screen repair I don’t see an physical damage to the tv screen is not busted or anything just lines so I’m not sure smh worst experience ever and this will be the last they get me with something so worthless

    If I could give it 0 stars I would. I bought a 77" Sony OLED from them a year ago. My previous TV had been broken by a Toddler visiting my house so I asked the sales associate if their protection plan covered a cracked screen like a toddler throwing a balloon weight through the TV. He assured me that it would. Well... we moved and guess what, after taking all the precautions to make sure the TV did not suffer any damage, the screen cracked. Best buy now states they don't cover cracked screens on Sony OLEDs... I was conned into buying an expensive warranty for the sole purpose of accidental damage on a TV that is now useless. Beware, their sales associates don't know what they are talking about. Looking at it in the best light the sales associate sold us the wrong protection plan. In the worst light, he conned us into a membership with basic protection plan to get a bonus or some kind of kickback when what we wanted was the protection plan with accidental damage coverage.

    Got just in case, got it for a mid range priced TV.. Have had issues in past with Geek Squad protection plans (had to go to Corp to get it covered as store refused to honor it).. But in the end got the other product replaced. Was told that this would not be an issue this time but only time will tell. Worth it if you have the time to call Corp to make sure you are able to use it should the store refuse..

    I truly recommend this protection I always like to buy extra protection for the items that I buy , if you want to be with no worries just get the protection plan.

    Bought the protection plan with my TV back in 2017. The picture on the TV started to go with only a couple months left on the protection plan. Contacted GeekSquad and they diagnosed the issue and replaced my TV. I got credited for the TV I bought in 2017 and they waved the delivery and haul away charges, which allowed me to afford to upgrade my TV because all I had to pay was the difference. Highly recommended.

    I had an issue with Tv called spoke with a service tech he verifed glitch and replaced it without any hassle the warranty is well worth the money

    We always purchase a protection plan for high ticket items and this was one of our best decisions! We had purchased a Samsung - 75" Class (74.5" Diag.) - LED - 2160p - Smart - 3D - 4K Ultra HD TV in 2015. This summer (2020) I noticed certain anomalies that I felt should be checked out by the Geek Squad. They came to the house in a timely manner to examine the TV and it was determined that the TV had a problem that could not be fixed due to it's age. The Protection plan generously rebated an extremely fair amount of value back to us that enabled us to upgrade to an OLED. Purchase of the plan was worth every penny we paid at the time!

    Well, as of this time we have not needed support by Gee Squad but expect they will provide support if we need it. TV was straight forward to set up

    The protection plan is good overall. What I don't like is it doesn't kick in until a year after you purchase which wasn't obvious when I bought the TV. You have to go through the TV provider for the first year on most models. So, basically, you are paying for a 4 year plan instead of a 5 year, because you can't use the plan in the first year of owning your tv. The bottom line, you shouldn't be charged for a 5 year plan if it is only good for 4 years.

    Excellent Geek Squad for refrigerator installation

    The squad unhooked water and removed the old refrigerator- they had to take off the doors in order to get it out of the kitchen. They put it in the driveway for later pIckup by PNM for recycling. Then they installed the new refrigerator and hooked it up to the water supply. They made sure it was level and placed properly in the space. The squad was very helpful and professional. Excellent work!!
