Worth EVERY CENT !! if your phone starts acting wonky or goes kerplunk GEEK SQUAD to the RESCUE !!

This purchase was a great idea when buying my laptop.

This plan is exceptional. I was able to have my Hisense 70AG6 replaced due to the cost to repair would not have been worth it. Definitely worth the extra money spent to protect your investment.

In the past when I purchased my Samsung tv, my old one I just replaced, I purchased the extended warranty for that one. When it developed lines on the picture, within a day someone came out. checked the tv and was not fixable, I was given a number to call and a replacement arrived a few days later. Given the price for the extended warranty and the final outcome, it was well worth it. I purchased the extended warranty again for this tv, for "just in case". It is a decision I feel that is best for me.

I haven’t had to use this yet but I’m hoping it’s as great as the TV is. I’ve had this kind of protection for a laptop and it was very good.

Ive always bought protection from Best Buy Geek squad. The swrvice was affordable and prompt when something is needed.

Received brand new 75 inch Samsung TV with no delivery defects. Also received my purchase in anquick and timely manner. My new television produces a clear and ceisp picture with perfect smart app capabilities. I would highly suggest this product to anyone looking for a new television and for an affordable price.

This is the second TV I’ve bought at Best Buy in the last 12 years. Both TVs I got the extended warranty the first TV I didn’t have to use it until almost 5 years and they fixed my TV fast and easy. I ALWAYS buy warranties for my purchases. When my T.V. , I bought at BEST BUY , suddenly broke down , I called them, and an Agent from the GEEK SQUAD came to my home, diagnosed the problem AND told me I was TOTALLY covered!! He helped me understand the warranty and I was able to get a NEW T.V. to replace the defective one. Then of course I got another 5 year standard GEEK SQUAD Waranty!! I'd give 10 Stars if I could!! The agent was Polite Professional and Knowledgeable!! I highly recommend getting Warranties and using the GEEK SQUAD!! Thank You BEST BUY and The GEEK SQUAD!!

Strongly recommend this if you are purchasing an oled tv. I recently had to use mine for burn in on an oled tv. Best Buy took care of it with no issue.

I would recommend a Geek sqaud extended warranty. I bought one for my 75” tv. If they can’t fix it , I believe they send you a check for your purchase price. The TV is 85 pounds so it’s not something I want to lug back to the store or to a authorized service center

Agent handled an exchange with great expertise. Agent Smith was very patient with me and provided options with detailed explanations for my exchange TV.

They come out pretty timely, but never does one visit suffice. THey always have to come and diagnose then order parts and then return sometimes up to 3 times. But the service does cover repairs, and if the same problem exists 3 times, they will replace your item.

I always get the 5 year warranty on my TVs because they inevitability end up dying on me or getting stuck pixels and best buy has always been great about fixing the tv if they can, or usually they just refund the price I paid and that usually is more than enough to get a new TV woth better resolution and get another warranty. Newer TVs may have a great picture but the build quality is nothing compared old CRT TVs so it is worth it to get the warranty on products like this or any electronics because they always seem to fail within 5 years.

Excellent TV. This was actually an Open Box. I got an excellent deal on it from bestbuy. Didn't come with the Remote, I called LG and they shipped me one at ni extra cost

Absolutely worth it, and comes with alot of nice perks. For example, if you are buying a television 55 inches or larger, a Geek Squad member will be able to visit your house to process the warrant claim. That's huge, because carrying around large used televisions, in which you probably won't have the box, can be a big hassle. Very comprehensive coverage, especially for OLED televisions.
