Haven’t had to use this, but have faith in my local Geeks who seem to care and know about these tech items. Don’t really like how the prices of these plans keep getting jacked up.

I feel the folks at Geek Squad are patient, kind, and professional whether I contact them day or night. Most of the time we get the issue resolved online. There has been only 2 times where they said I needed to bring it in to the store. I believe it has been worth the fee because I live in a rural area and it is a 30 mile drive from my town to my Best Buy store.

Geek squad service is Amazing I never use to buy these protection plans but when I started buying more expensive TVs/Soundbars I decided to pay for the protection if Anything breaks or needs to be replaced it’s free of charge geek squad is A must have

I highly recommend getting the Protection on your electronics!!

Worth every penny to extend my warranty 2 more years and to get Geek Squad home service to fix and repair my new TV. I have had back surgery recently and am older. I needed a Geek Squad warranty to have the luxury of home service vs me having to load up my TV and taking it to a repair shop.

Like the added coverage just in case something happens at a low cost

Before I went to the store, I was going to buy on Amazon and get a three-year warranty for 2999 but when I went to the store for $10 more I got a five-year warranty and they would come to my house to fix it so it was a better deal

I haven’t had to use it yet but I’m sure it was a great purchase

The hardest thing was to get a vehicle to transport it but this tv is amazing and the price is even better

Once again always get it. if you can afford something from best buy then dont cheap out on protection for those products. VERY IMPORTANT

Geek Squad Protection is a must have on basically anything with how useful it is

Even though I did not buy the service for installation, I have used their Geek Squad protection and troubleshooting before. Most recently, my Samsung Tv which still has the protection on it had some issues. I have never had any issues with Tvs purchased here before, but after several years, the Tv had purple areas on the viewing plane. I took it to Best Buy and it wasn't worth fixing so they gave me credit to purchase another TV. I chose the LG nano series 49" Tv, which we all love. The Geek Squad service is a real good service. They know their stuff...

This is one of the best tv's I have ever bought, Samsung is by far superior to any other Tv brand in the market and purchasing from Best Buy? everything will always go right. Don't forget to use Geek Squad!

Haven't had to use it yet, but it will be worth the money if the tv dies before the 5 year mark.

Always good to have with appliances! You just never know what could happen!

It's insurance. Something you gamble on, not knowing and hoping you will ever need it. But if you do, my TV is covered completely for five years!
