    Happy with the extended warranty. The last tv started having problems just outside the factory warranty and as a piece of mind it was nice having the extended warranty. The tech’s came and checked out the old tv and determined that it was unrepairable. So the upgraded my tv with the newer model and I kept the same warranty.

    Thank goodness for the warranties makes the process of buying easier knowing you're back up by BB. This warranty protected me and got me a new tv cause my unit became defective.

    Great service came and in a timely manner it was easy to set up and appointment and I didn’t have to wait along time to get one. Once arrived was very respectful tried to fix my tv and saw he could T and instantly put in for me to get a gift card to replace it. I went and picked out my new tv the next day

    The crew that came out to do the install were very polite, and neat. Had a problem with one of the products (component was damaged) they took care of it without any problems, In the past I would do my our install, but for the money it was well worth it, before they left they made sure all components worked to my satisfaction, will use them again, Thank you Best Buy and Sterling

    Have been a Best Buy customer for over 20 years. They stand by what they sell and the Geek Squad is always there to help. Did not use them for my most recent purchase but would recommend them to assist in TV and surround sound installation to those that need it.

    Normally I do not purchase extended warranties, but after a recent storm I had a need to buy a new TV. After listening to everything that this warranty covers I found it to be a good cost effective thing to buy. If I had this on the TV that I had to replace, I would not have had to buy a new TV.

    Purchased this with a previous tv and when the tv’s screen was starting to go, best buy was able to replace the tv. It was worth the purchase! They did a home visit to look at the original tv and then set up a replacement with a time and date for the delivery! Highly recommend!

    The reason for the 4 stars is because of all the problems trying to set up the appointment to come out and install the Tv. I purchased a 55” smart tv. The installation appointment was changed 3 times. Other than that the service was great!!

    Bought the warranty with our last TV and it died. So glad we did. No questions asked, repair or replace and you get to keep on trucking. Happy to buy the same protection on our new TV!

    I'm an electronic dummy. I'm still stuck in the 70's and 80's. Like an old Hippy. This Insignia Fire TV I purchased leaves me in Awe. I am so happy with it it works great

    Best Buy consistently provides amazing electronics, their knowledgeable staff ensuring that you get the piece beat suited to your needs. The great thing about a Best Buy warranty is knowing you'll never have to worry about the integrity or longevity of that purchase because the Geek Squad will be there to repair or replace it with absolutely no hassle or fuss. Shop at Best Buy, but don't forget the warranty!!

    These warranties are 100% worth the money! I bought a Sony A9G in 11/2020 and it died 11/2022, because of the warranty Best Buy gave me $1800 for the A9G, $100 less than I paid 2 years ago, plus I got to keep my A9G despite its pixel issue. I put the money towards the A95K and bought another 5 year warranty! If you spend $2000+ on a tv, it’s worth it.
