I like to protect my larger purchase so this item was a good cost and length of time to cover the new TV

I LOVE my new tv. I didn't need the geek squad to hang it.

They did a great job mounting our tv , straight and level

I got this protection plan just in case anything happens to my $1000+ tv. Best Buy has it all.

I am a warranty type of person. I have had to use the geek squad warranty on a previous television. I was really glad that I had it. The IT tried to walk me through a few things and found that the peace that was no longer working was not replaceable so we ended up with a brand new TV. Without the warranty and having access to a service rep, I don’t think we would have known how to fix it. Plus, the fact that they no longer made the part to fix it, we would’ve been out of luck.

I'm so glad I purchased the extended warranty when I bought my 55" insignia Fire TV. I had to exchange for another one after a month and then exchange again for an upgraded brand.

Moved a couple times over the last two years. TV stopped working and BB replaced it fast.

Worth having for peace of mind, however with my PS5 purchase experienced the worst of the worst. Had a PS5 failure within three months of the purchase, and because stock is extremely limited the benefit's do not apply. There are no consoles in store to replace them with so you end up relying on the manufacturer to take care of you. Worth buying for items in store, not so much with PS5

Not one for much with warranties because they always seem to have so many terms. This warranty provided by the Geek Squad seems like the real deal a no worry warranty backed by Best Buy. I used this warranty in the past and was happy with the service

Good warranty for the price so I purchased it for our family.

These plans are a great value for protection against burn-in on OLED TVs. Only $160 for 5 year protection on LG C2 42. Highly recommend. I owned a CX for 3 years and had no burn in (gave that one to my sibling now), but always great to have the peace of mind. Better safe than sorry!

I haven't had to use the protection plan, but it's coverage is robust and puts my worries at ease.
