Worth the satisfaction of knowing that I have my stuff protected, especially because I purchased an open-box item.

I purchased protection on my last TV, which stopped working out of nowhere. A Geek Squad member tried some trouble shooting techniques & ordered a spare part. Upon his second visit, the part didn't fix the issue. He ordered the upgraded version. I didn't have to pay anything for the TV nor his service.

Awesome service by the geek squad. Great to have because you never know when you will need it.

I've thankfully only had to use the protection plan a few times, but the service and resolutions were always satisfactory. I wouldn't get for cheap items, but anything over $500 is definitely worth it! I buy many items from best buy, and always get the protection plan for major items.

They are always amazing and knowledgable each and evey time I have had to call or have them fix something.

I had Geek Squad protection years ago when I bought a few things from Best Buy so when I went to purchase some things recently I updated Buy Geek protection selection very happy with it I actually had to use it at least once or twice in the past when I had some problems with products that I bought from Best Buy and have a Geek Squad protection definitely save me a lot of money

The warranty covers everything for 5 years! seems like a no brainer.

I am a true believer in the warranty program for big ticket items. I had purchased a TV previously and after a few years there were major issues. Geek squad came & removed older TV and gave me full credit to purchase a replacement. They then came & installed the new TV. They were great to work with.

Always got to get the protection plan. You never know when you’ll need it

must have this a five year extended warranty gives you peace for 5 years.

Got this for my 1st expensive TV. Haven’t had to use it but have used this warranty before for different products. Best Buy does a wonderful job and are quick to respond

Geek squad is good service provider with quick complaints actions

I’ve never had to use this thankfully but I purchase it and out it on anything I get. Id rather be safe than sorry bc I’ve been very sorry before when something has broke and there was not a single thing I could do.

You hope you never have to use this protection because that means that something went wrong with your purchase. But if something dies go wrong it’s worth the price. The only downside it’s it’s dependent on availability. Meaning mu phone cracked and needed to be replaced. They were quick to write up giving me another one but they didn’t have it in stock. So, I had to go to another store to find it. Besides that it’s amazing.

Had the TV for two years so far no problem five year warranty can’t beat it

I have not yet made it valid, but to protect the equipment it was necessary to extend the warranty
