My tv was mounted and installed by two of the most intelligent agents they could have sent my way. I felt very comfortable having them to work in my home. The patient they had explaining the ups and downs of have to maneuver through the channels was a plus.

Haven’t used it yet but good to know I have it in my back pocket!

They helped answer all questions an used them in past if product not fixed either replaced or a full refund on gift card

I always try to buy all my electronics with the Geek Squad Protection. The last time it was kind of a hassle while bringing my grand Baby’s broken iPad by they finally worked things out. The only issue I had encountered

I always purchase an extended warranty on products I purchase from Best Buy. In the past if the product fails I would return the damaged product back to the store without any hassle at all. They would either exchange, refund or order me something newer if the old product had been discontinued. I rated the extended warranty a 4 because Best Buy extended warranty is a little higher than Sam's extended warranty on televisions or some other electrical products.

Haven’t had to use it yet but have had geek Squad service several times in the past year and frankly, where I am, they’ve been so good that I always try to purchase through Best Buy.

All products with warranty is always good to have if something goes wrong

Geek Squad protection is always a plus. Had an incident from the past. A defect appeared months after ownership-Item was replaced with no hassle. It is a pleasure doing business with a company that stands behind what they sell!

I would have given 5 stars because the protection is good but Best Buy in store customer service tried to make me pay twice for Geek Squad protection if my son hadn't noticed

Five years for $30, sold! I bought this warranty for a low priced Insignia television and it just seems like a no-brainer that for $30 I am guaranteed to have a TV that works for five years. In this disposable electronics time we live in, I could not upgrade in three years for $30, so again it is a great deal.

TVs aren't lasting as long as they used to. Sometimes less than a year before they develop a critical issue. This takes the worry and hassle out of getting it repaired or replaced.

Well worth the extra protection. My TV went out after 3 years and 5 days; I thought I only had a 3-year service contract but found out I had a 5-year. Replaced and reinstalled a new TV without any hassle.
