Haven't needed to use for my TV, but have had it for other items where I did and process was surprisingly easy. I always buy Best Buy's extended warranty on larger items for piece of mind.

Amazing they came out to my house very professional and when they couldn't fix it I took the tv back to the store and got a full refund on a gift card to purchase my new tv so easy!!

best buy's extended warranty program is well worth the price..even better than the manufacturer's warranty..free shipping should the need arise, coverage for ANYTHING (unless you smash the screen on purpose!)..their geek squad is ultra responsive and knowledgeable !

Was skeptical at first. It's not a bad tv . I just wish that Sony made a fire stick version, Due to that being most of my electronics are Sony products
