I get this protection for most items above 100 dollars and it delivers when things go horribly wrong.

We bought two TVs for her daughter in Texas. She’s a single mother of two, so we added the five year protection plan

Like most insurance, you pay for it and hope you never have to use it. Is it worth it for peace of mind? It is for me. Considering how much the insured item cost me to buy, to have it covered is worth it to me. Just consider it part of the price tag.

I purchased the 5 year Geek Squad protection on my large screen TV for an Airbnb unit. I thought the cost was reasonable and the Geek Squad provides me with confidence that any problems can receive immediate online attention & service. Worth it.

I got a 75in and in just over a year it showed damage. I made a claim and got my problem fixed the same day

Great add on service. I haven’t had any issue with my appliances so I haven’t had to use it full yet. But it does bring peace of mind if something was to happen.

Purchased this protection because you just never know with these new t.v.s how long they're actually going to last. "Planned Obsolescense" is real...and ridiculous.

I don't always get warranties, but for as little as this cost to cover my 32" TV it is well worth it. 42 cents a month to cover it for 5 years, and if something does go wrong, I just have to bring it back to any Best Buy and they have all the info!

Services was quick, simple and easy. Ran into some issues but they got it done
