Geek Squad techs are fantastic I have it on everything I buy from Best Buy; The Geek Squad never lets me down

I always purchase the Geek Squad protection plan with my electronic purchases. The price is very reasonable; even if you don't need it, it's well worth the peace of mind. I got this protection for my first tv, when it broke and could not be repaired. A $799.99 They gave me my choice of a new tv of the same amount of money. So, when I got my new TV, I took the same Protection on my new tv. A very good deal.

The colors are unbelievable. It has built in surround sound. There are more channels and apps to count. I am very happy with this purchase.

In my opinion geek squad replacement plans are gold. Last TV I had was a Samsung KS8500 and I loved that television. But unfortunately after a few years the screen started to go bad so I used this warranty and it gave me a lot of money to go towards my next TV purchase. Which was a Sony OLED. I've then purchased a warranty for that television as well because OLEDs can experience burn in. And fortunate for me this plan covers burn in. I'm hoping I never need to use it but if I do I know it's there and it's well worth it.

I purchased the 5 year warrant thank God I did. The tv went bad in the fourth year and I was able to get the money back I paid for the tv and got a brand new tv. Well worth it.

I’ve used Geeksquad on several devices for installation of simple things like a screen protector for my wife’s. I watch to them coming out to the house to fix a TV that was almost at a time practically brand new TV. The man said it lasted another eight years very good, highly recommend

I needed service on another TCL TV with dead pixels after the manufacturer warranty ran out. Service guy assessed the issue as unrepairable. So, the extended warranty kicked and a new a TV was ordered. Delivered yesterday and I completed the set up. All is well again.

I won’t buy any electronics without the warranty. Best Buy backs their products wonderfully.
