I always purchase these. Prices are good. I use to think these were a waste of money but now with newer technology I consider it necessary. Years ago I didn’t buy a plan and one day after warranty I had problems. You guessed it, had to buy another TV investing lots more money than the cost of a plan

I always get my best buy products with extra warranty insurance. Have never had any issues with warranty work. Couple of years back I bought a refrigerator and the ice maker was repaired 3 times. After the fourth time the ice maker broke best buy lemoned the refrigerator and worked up the paper work then told me to pick out a new refrigerator with store credit of the original cost of the faulty lemonade refrigerator. Great investment.

I just bought this protection to make sure that I won’t have any headaches with my purchase during 5 years.

Every time I buy a big item I buy it with the 5-year protection plan I haven't regretted it yet Best buy has honor the deal and I protected my family

It's the best protection plan I've bought. They came in and did a same-day repair on my TV and it was up and running. When it started having issues again and eventually died on me, Best Buy set me up with a new model of the same TV! Came the next day and dropped it off along with recycling the old TV for me. Gave me piece of mind and save me a lot of money.

They do great work and help with all my needs even time I have a question they know the answer even ten years back when I purchased stuff for Best buy they can still help .

Excellent color and everything else, could've ask for a nicer little tv. I use it for gaming on my ps5 and it is just perfect with game mode.

This protection plan is priceless to me because it allows me to enjoy my television. I don’t have to worry about if it will die on me like my Samsung did after 4 yrs. I will never buy Samsung again because their quality control on screens and laptops has gone way down. They are in such a rush to bring products to the market, they aren’t testing them properly. This plan will probably never get any use because my Hisense Tv seems to be working as should, but ya never really know. And that’s the great part of it because if it does act up - I’m covered for full five years.

I have used the Geek Squad in the past, and they have been very helpful. Knowing that you have someone to call when something happens to your product is a relief.

You can never go wrong with extra protection. Especially when it comes with zero parts or labor charges. And you can go into any Best Buy to make a claim.

It seems like whenever I finally need to use GeekSquad for something important.. they are unable to assist. A little frustrating, I don't pay for extra protection because doesn't seem worth it to me
