I purchased this for my previous Toshiba tv which stopped working the third year. I called them, they were very nice and told me that model TV wasn’t able to be repaired and immediately issued me a store credit for full refund of purchase price to replace the tv. It was so easy, no problem. So of course I purchased the five year warranty on this replacement tv. Well worth it. Geek squad was very helpful.

Excellent color and everything else, could've ask for a nicer little tv. I use it for gaming on my ps5 and it is just perfect with game mode.

The pixels in my tv started going out. I called geek squad because I had bought a protection plan on the tv. They set me up a quick appointment to have a technician come out and diagnose the problem. The technician was very friendly and early which was great. All and all I was able to get a replacement on the tv. Smooth easy service!

I always get the warranty package!!! Highly recommend! I had my previous TV from Best Buy and it went out after only 18 months. Best Buy replaced it and reinstalled the new one at NO Charge!

At the first sign of burn in, Geek Squad immediately swapped it out for a new TV

Kelyn and another agent got my setup done quickly and with great skill and knowledge. Hopefully, I’ll never have to use the Squad service but if I do I will feel confident if they all are as knowledgeable, skilled and courteous as Kelyn.
