    I never purchased a Geek Squad protection plan before but boy am I glad that I purchased it on my big screen TV in August 2021. I needed to use the protection plan yesterday and was pleasantly surprised at how helpful the representative was. He walked me through the entire process and told me that it was actually cheaper to send me a replacement TV. I highly recommend their protection plan and will buy it on any other large items.

    This TV has the best picture of any tv I've ever owned. Even the sound is great. My only draw back would be the game mode. While it has to be in game mode for some fast moving games for the timing to work the picture doesnt look nearly as good. Only use game mode if the controls feel sluggish and it will corret them. Otherwise use the best picture you can and your game will never look better.

    We recently bought a pc and cellphones. Best Buy has competitive pricing on products. We plan on getting an appliance in the near future and the 10% credit on this purchase can be forwarded to the appliance if we signed up for an in store card. I was uncomfortable this when it was necessary to provide my SS# and drivers license. Still hoping this all works out, we get the discount promised to us, and Best Buy data base doesn't get hacked.

    THIS SERVICE ROCKS! So I bought Geek Squad service for an LG tv. After a couple years of use, the LG tv quit working properly. A Geek Squad repairman came out to repair it. They ordered parts and needed to return for a second repair. Nothing was able to fix it, so I was able to return to the store and replace my TV with a newer model. Ended up going back to Samsung TVs as I have never needed to have them go bad on me, but I still renewed my Geek Squad service for 5 years. Its a great piece of mind!

    I’ve been getting service plans with Best Buy since the PS2 days. Never once has one not come in handy. They’re a must for me with high end purchases.

    So currently I am creating a claim my tv is broken not sure what happened to the tv I just bought a month and half ago I kept calling and I was hung up on twice also when I finally spoke to someone he told me I broke my tv and I was not covered I clearly said I’m not sure what happened I spent 1500 why would I break my tv I need someone to come see what’s wrong I asked to speak to someone’s else and he told me I couldn’t because nobody was there I really don’t know what the outcome will be but I will keep you guys posted I have the 5 year warranty that I spent over 100$ for smh like even if it’s a screen repair I don’t see an physical damage to the tv screen is not busted or anything just lines so I’m not sure smh worst experience ever and this will be the last they get me with something so worthless

    Lg Oled cx 10 mother board died after 13 months called bestbuy because i had a 2 year warranty i bought no problems guy came out seen what the problem was came back a week later had to order the part And it was fixed that easy i just purchased a Samsung neo Qled QN90A i bought a 5 year bestbuy warranty piece of mind is the best you dont want your $1600 dollar tv breaking with no warranty after Samsung 1 year warranty is over.

    Extended warranty

    I mounted my TV to a TV stand mount. I purchased the 2 year extended warranty with it. The one thing I didn't know is when you do purchase the extended warranty it runs side by side with the manufacturer warranty which I didn't know it did it that way. I thought it started after the manufacturer warranty ended but it doesn't. So he sure to ask questions about that.

    I used for my Sony Bravia, when I reached to Greek Squad team then helped me with correct directions and get it replaced as tv got water drops and lines on screen..

    Bought the protection plan with my TV back in 2017. The picture on the TV started to go with only a couple months left on the protection plan. Contacted GeekSquad and they diagnosed the issue and replaced my TV. I got credited for the TV I bought in 2017 and they waved the delivery and haul away charges, which allowed me to afford to upgrade my TV because all I had to pay was the difference. Highly recommended.

    We always purchase a protection plan for high ticket items and this was one of our best decisions! We had purchased a Samsung - 75" Class (74.5" Diag.) - LED - 2160p - Smart - 3D - 4K Ultra HD TV in 2015. This summer (2020) I noticed certain anomalies that I felt should be checked out by the Geek Squad. They came to the house in a timely manner to examine the TV and it was determined that the TV had a problem that could not be fixed due to it's age. The Protection plan generously rebated an extremely fair amount of value back to us that enabled us to upgrade to an OLED. Purchase of the plan was worth every penny we paid at the time!
