I read several review for the tv I was about to purchase and there were some problems. The people had the geek squad protection and noted the timeliness and ease of replacing the troubled product with the protection plan. So I purchased it. I hope I do not have to use it but am glad I have it.

I bought this for my mother when she had her new TV set up. She has already used it and the service has been great. I think they helped her set up her hearing aids to connect to the TV and have helped with other functional things she did not know how to do. Very happy with service.

Geek squad are always very helpful when ive had a problem with trouble shooting something i dont understand. Thwy are very professional.

About 15 months after purchasing my 65 inch Hisense TV it developed a problem. Periodically, I would have to unplug the TV and then plug it back in in order to get it to turn on. The Geek Squad was unable to secure the parts necessary to correct this problem, so they delivered and installed a new TV. I was very pleased with this outcome and the prompt service.

I bought my TV in 2021, and it started to act up, and the screen started dying. I took it back to Best Buy, and they returned it with NO issues.

The TV mounting service was atrocious and delivery was abysmal. As long as geeksquad commits to their warranty service if I ever need them in 5 years, I might recommend this service.

2 year protection plan is great! I don't normally need them, as after doing a bit of research helps me buy a quality product, but if something does happen....you get a gift card for the actual cost of the item that no longer functions to be used for whatever you want from Bestbuy!

We picked up the television and installed ourselves. Super easy, except for configuring the television remote with the cable remote volume.
