I recently purchased the Geek Squad Protection Plan for my new TCL TV and am thoroughly satisfied with the coverage it provides. It's a reliable way to protect your investment and offers peace of mind. Highly recommend!

This is an amazing TV! I can't think of any downsides. Perfect blacks and great color!

Have not used the protection service yet. I hope I never have too. That's the reason I only gave it 4 stars. I hated even to rate it until I use it if I ever do. I believe there is a time limit on rating it. I do know they did a very nice jog delivering it and installing it.

We chose the previous TV carefully for the desired features and were sad when a storm resulted in the TV not turning on. As the TCL warranty did not cover the weather-related symptoms, I turned to the Geek Squad for help. We had purchased the Geek Squad coverage with the TV and I’m so thankful we did!!! They diagnosed that not only the power supply was damaged, but the main board was non-functional. As parts were not available, they replaced the TV. I quickly purchased the Geek Squad coverage for the replacement TV, as well, for an extremely reasonable price. One Squad member came to our home to diagnose, and another delivered the new TV. We are so pleased!!!

Fortunately have only had to use the geek squad service a handful of times, but when I do they were quick to act and was a very pleasant and easy experience.

I am loyal to Samsung TVs never had an issue until this tv made a pop noise and went out. The motherboard was out of stock since this size is no longer sold and BB Geek Squad replaced it. I like the Geek Squad but had to wait 2 weeks for an appointment and another week for an ordered part that was cancelled just to replace the unit. I will not be purchasing the warranty on the new unit due to this, as I have additional insurance for all electronics in my home. Do better Geek Squad!

Thank you for all your help in removing the huge program on my computer and not making fun of my really old lap top! Yes I will be in soon to get an new one.

The agents came out and mounted my tv and also connected all my devices, they were very prompt and courteous!

So glad I paid for this. I usually don’t, but when it comes to TVs I’ve been burned enough to know it’s worthwhile insurance. Sure enough, our TCL 75 in screen went out not 3 months after the manufacture warranty expired. The Geek Squad came out, tested the picture, confirmed it needed replacement and called the exchange in immediately. I had a confirmation number and a link to the number where I spoke with an agent to get it replaced. So seamless and efficient. Thank you Best Buy!
