You should always consider purchasing Geek Squad protection on major tech purchases. They have saved me on several occasions, with a television and a computer that stopped working. I can't imagine what it would have cost me to get my tech fixed without the support of the Geek Squad protection plans. A must.

Excellent service, good recommendations and quality in product..

Over the years I have purchased many items from Best Buy. I purchased this plan for most of them. Thankfully, I haven't had to use it on too many of the items, but it was and is a good investment. Once I had a computer that needed replacement and there were occasions when I needed tech support for an item and received the help for free. I consider it a small price to pay for insurance that, like most insurance, comes in handy if you need it.

This insurance is awesome. Twice I've had to replace televisions with this insurance and they were completely covered.

Usually I don't get add on protections except at Best Buy. I trust that they will honor their products. Years ago, I got a defective drive and I was offered either my money back or a brand new one. Since then I've always gotten Geek Squad protection.

Bought a tv with the extended warranty. A yeast later, the TV had an issue ans instaad of fixed, we opted for the gift card and we upgraded.

Only ever had to use one of my protection plans on a manufacturer defect and was extremely happy with the support. They refunded me the full purchase amount so I could replace my TV due to it no longer being manufactured.

I was helped with all needed, they were very knowledgable and helpful in my situation, they also went way beyond the call of duty

I have not used the Geek Squad yet but if I have any issues I would definitely use them.

So far haven’t used it at all I am wondering if it was worth it and to that I say I can’t wait to try out the actual services but to be honest I would Rather have the product last and be trouble free

The Squad of Geeks at Best Buy have saved my butt more times than I can count - I am grateful to the protection that I have under them.

I like that this is available because anything happens to the item and right away they are available to fix it

Great product to have for those expensive items! Unfortunately we had to us it numerous times for our 70 in. 4K t.v. and had to swap out for a new set in just 4 months. With a bit of back and forth, was able to get the warranty prorated and transferred to the new set. Otherwise, the warranty is considered fulfilled once a new set comes into play. This part of the policy I do not agree with. Even so, I would still recommend it

This is a no-brainer. I signed up again for my new TV. They setup the TV, make all connections and ensure it is ALL working before they leave. They are prompt, courteous and very, very knowledgeable.

So that we always feel comfortable with a purchase from Best Buy, we always use the Geek Squad
