    Give five stars for the warranty but I have not had to use it, yet. Always hear great things about Best Buy warranties.

    Have not used for current tv but I have used in the past and it worked out to my favor. They came checked the tv and recommended it be replaced. I had one a week later and have always purchased tvs from Best Buy ever since

    Here is the deal, if you dont get Geek Squad Protection, you are missing out. Lets start with the fact things are not made like they used to be. Drop something once and its done. Now I can be my clumsy self and not be overly worried I lost my item. Win win

    The Geek Squad team was amazing! They arrived right on time, mounted my TV securely, set up all the devices, and even helped me optimize the picture settings. Everything was done quickly and professionally. They explained the setup clearly and made sure I was completely satisfied before leaving. Highly recommend their service!

    Great TV, with good quality of both visuals and SOUND. We have a soundbar that we got from a friend when they moved but even before the sound bar the sound quality was amazing. 4yrs later we are still so happy with this purchase

    Geek Squad puts the service in customer service

    Easy and fast to get in touch with an agent, but the best part about when you have to contact geek squad is that you don't have to spend a lot of time if any going through the automated system to speak to an actual person. This is HUGE for me I don't remember having to answer a lot of prompts before I was able to speak to an actual person, if there were any prompts on the automated system it was only 1 or 2. Unlike when I have to call Comcast for anything, for example if I am calling about a billing issue, I have to spend 15-20 minutes in the automated system before I get to the billing department, then before I am able to speak to a person the automated system forces me to first try to resolve the issue with a virtual agent on their website, if the virtual agent can't resolve my issue I then and only then will they allow me to speak to an actual person, and even then I must request an agent to call me back from the site, there is no way I can simply wait to speak to an agent. It is annoying and frustrating. Every agent I have spoken to at Geek squad took less then 3 minutes to get connected with, they know their stuff, and if I ask a question, they do not know the answer to I have never had to wait for them to find the answer and wait for them get back to me latter by email or phone with the answer to my question, if they do not know the answer to a question I asked, they have always found the answer to the question before the end of the call, I may have to wait a bit for them to find the answer but they have always found the answer before the end of the call. Also, when they make an appointment, they show up on time if not early. They are the biggest reason I will never buy my electronics anywhere else.
