they know their stuff!!!! helped to get a virus out of my laptop

good item , but after years now i can not use wifi and have to replaces it.

The two year warranty makes the purchases worry free.

I purchased Geek Squad expert service for one of my products that i cant remember. I have not needed to use them as im pretty technologically savvy myself and can do most things by myself. I downloaded their phone protection app for my cell phone and i use that quite often to clean my phone, scan for any issues, and backup all of my phone data. The app is great by itself and easy to use. I would highly recommend.

Although the 5 year Geek Squad Protection Plan is up front pricey, it delivers as promised. I've replaced 2 TV's due to screen failure and have received full credit towards a replacement. The exchange doesn't occur overnight, but it happens.

The price of the extended was worth it. Always love the warranty

One of the best AMC provided by BestBuy. It is always recommented to get this protection for the peace of mind for costly devices. Pros: 1) Excellent service. The excecutives how handle our calls will make sure we are comfertable and serviced well. 2) Ease of contact - 24X7 some one is available to help us. 3) Knowledgable service persons - The person who comes home for the service / at the station are well knowledgable about the object they are working on. 4) Excellent exchnage policy. If the object is non repairable, the company will refund the fill amount (including the tax) for an excange (if the same item is not available any more). The cons i felt on this program 1) Little more expensive than the other company AMCs. 2) Some time in-home appointments takes some time (but sure it will happen with in a weeks time )

Geek squad was efficient and neat when installing my tv’s

I purchased this with my LG G2 because, although they are rare, LG is not reliable when it comes to product defects. It was like pulling teeth to get LG to refund my LG G1 when he randomly died the first year of use (totally random and rare event). After taking months to get my refund I went with Geek Squad Protection on my next purchase. Best Buy has hands down the superior protection plan. Totally worth it on big purchases, in my opinion.

I haven't use the geek squad recently but, in the past they never disappointed me and I'm sure they will not let me down if I needed them again.

Nothing like not worrying about having to replace a tv that's covered by an extended warranty. 5 years

It's a good TV I like the picture but I had to get two to get one that wasn't broken I like the features of Amazon just wish the TV was built better.
