I bought this to extend the warranty on my TCL TV, I wasn't too familiar with the brand so I didn't know what to expect. So far, the TV has been great so I haven't needed to use this. For me, it was worth the money for a little peace of mind. I would recommend this if you are buying this type of electronics.

The extended warranty is always a good idea especially when you are dealing with expensive electronics which is all of them, I always get the extended warranty and it has saved me several times, I've had many items that have stood the test of time but with any mass produced products there are always a few issues, most of them are fine but if I end up with a flawed iten the extended warranty means I don't need to worry.

The reason for the 4 stars is because of all the problems trying to set up the appointment to come out and install the Tv. I purchased a 55” smart tv. The installation appointment was changed 3 times. Other than that the service was great!!

Great protection plan specially for TVs as it covers everything

I always a good idea to get this protection. Just take the product backband they replace it with no questions asked.

I am hoping this Geek Squad Protection is a lot better than Allstate's. It wouldn't take much to be better than Allstate. I like that the Geek Squad is part of Best Buy and not some corporate insurance company that is far away and difficult to contact. With the Geed Squad I can go right to the store and start the process with actual human beings.

Love knowing that I have protection for years to come. Thank you Best Buy for making this so easy on me!

The Geek Squad provides excellent service and are very professional. Highly recommend anyone rely on their expert knowledge. The Geek Squad installed and calibrated my TV. You cannot imagine the expertise required to make the necessary adjustments to the settings to make a TV picture and the sound perfect. Let the Geek Squad install and calibrate your TV. They really know what they are doing and it really makes a huge difference.

I haven't needed to use this plan, but I'm definitely happy I bought it. I financed my whole purchase at 0% using the BestBuy card and the added peace of mind is definitely worth it. Living in the city (NY) without a car means that, in the event of an issue, it's a HUGE issue getting a TV around. This plan alleviates that concern, and I'll get it every time.

The greatest thing about the Geek Squad is that wherever I have used them they have always worked things out. And always there if needed.

Purchased the geek squad protection plan for my Lg OLED, the first TV I had got screen burn in and this plan replaced it with a Lg OLED 3 years newer with another extended warranty all included with no out of pocket expense. Best money spent ever. After 3 years to receive a better TV with another 5 year warranty. That’s what I call a no brainer!!!

We haven't had any issues yet with our purchase but glad the support is there if needed.

I haven't had to use it for this product, but the Geek Squad has never let me down in the past.

I'm not a big fan of warranties on small electronics. But for a $400 TV . . . I bought the 2-year warranty for a little over $20. I figured that if something is going to go wrong with the set, it should happen within two years. Otherwise, it should be OK. Then it would be time for a new TV, anyway. My only interaction with the Geek Squad was on a carry-into-the-store computer problem. They diagnosed the problem and recommended a self-fix (which worked), and charged me nothing! I was impressed.

They were friendly and helpful but getting the appointment was more difficult than it needed to be
