Geek Squad came in to look at my 55" TV, diagnosed the problem in a timely manner & before i knew it I was getting a new TV. I was able to upgrade to a 65" I had a 5 year warranty on the old TV, so Best Buy delivered a new TV at my door. I also have put another 5 year warranty on my replacement TV.

I was so happy with the help I received... I had actually just opened my TV, almost two years after I bought it. It didn't even turn on.... They knew what to do... Thnx Guys

Great warranty service. Part to repair the TV was not available, so a store credit was provided for a TV of similar specs. Bought the warranty service again for the new TV.

Always get the geek squad protection. Had to use it once nad it paid off in a bug way.

My last tv had a problem nearly immediately after purchase. The Geek Squad replaced the hardware boards and the tv was fine for as long as I expected it to last.

I refuse to buy a product over $50 without this. Especially when it comes to tv’s. Most stores only give you a 3-4 year warranty. Best Buy does 5 years and if the tv is over 40”, they will come to you to service it. Can’t beat that. It might be tv’s over 50” these days. Not 100% sure on that part.

This warranty set my mind at ease when I made my purchase, because I was able to enjoy my purchase without any worries if something were to go wrong.

So worth it. Not very expensive and so fabulous when you need it. I’ve popped in for the Geek Squad to answer questions, give me explanations for things that didn’t make sense, help me install programs then understand the nuances, they have run checks as often as I thought my computer was compromised. So helpful, will always have a Geek Squad plan!

We love the geek squad. I always recommend getting a protection plan even if you don’t/won’t use it! It is worth it! I will not buy another large item without a protection plan. Geek squad is nice and very quick with what they do.

As i am familiar with the brand & the best buy geek squad protection i highly recommend purchasing the protection its a no nonsense policy. The geek squad protection insures that your item will either be repaired or replaced.

Haven't had the need for this yet but 5 years is a long time. Seeing as how my LG CX had problems after 3 years, I'm hoping that my new LG C3 will perform better.

Good piece of mind purchase. My parents used this service on failed tv and had no issues whats so ever.

We purchased a 65 inch Sony O Led and debated over the 5 year warranty. Since the TV was expensive and had new technology, we decided to go ahead and purchase the 5 year warranty. Hopefully we won't ever need it, but we have peace of mind in case we do. No deductibles either. We feel confident in the plan.

This only cost $20 and since replacing it would cost a lot more than the original price of my open-box, on-sale TV, I figured it was worth it. I don't usually add this type of insurance, but for an open box TV, it seemed reasonable. I would recommend this to someone who also got an open box or a refurbished TV to be on the safe side!
