    Will always protect my TVs. We bought a TV 4 years ago and put a 5 year protection plan on it. Of course something went wrong as 4 1/2 years. Geek squad took care of us and we are able to get a larger, higher quality TV because we had the protection plan on it! AWESOME SERVICE.

    Its always a pain to return a tv through geek squad. From the initial call which you almost always have to wait 20 minutes . They always seem to have a real problem finding my service plan. I have multiple accounts and have bought many many tvs from them but they should be able to figure it out. I own sportsbars in FL and I only buy from Best Buy but they really needto figure this out because when i have a tv go down i want it back up and running as quick as possible but its always a hassle. At each of my clubs i have a back up ready to replace tvs that go down so my actual business is never really effected but we always regret having to call geek squad because we know its gonna be such a hassle and its gonna be a lot of time sitting on phone having to wait for a service guy to come out and tell us what we already know then take it to a store and replace. It would be nice if they brought a replacement tv with them when they come out. But instead u have to get a service order made then you got to call geek squad again and wait on line for 20 minutes. Then usually another 10 or 20 minutes to find the info from the multiple accounts. I have never had anyone help me combine all accounts into 1 account. It seems like that would make the most sense but instead i have to go through the same process every time. Its exausting. I love Best Buy but service plans are always a pain for me.

    Got this for my 1st expensive TV. Haven’t had to use it but have used this warranty before for different products. Best Buy does a wonderful job and are quick to respond

    Love the extended warranty with Geek Squad my 4.5 year old TV just went out and they gave me credit for what I paid for the TV and I was able to purchase a better one for less

    Haven't had to use Geek Squad Plan for this purchase(and hopefully won't have to!) but in years past, it has been a sense of relief when I damaged an essentially brand new phone. Geek squad protection is worth the peace of mind with some of these expensive tech purchases.

    So far I have not needed their help but nice to have them as a backup plan. First TV we purchased had a problem and we thought we didnt know what we were doing but Best Buy was great to help us return it and get a replacement. Replacement TV is great and was easy to set up

    Love my Geek Squad protection. I've already used it twice for my computer I previously purchased. I have no worries if something goes wrong, I just call them, they reassure me they can fix, I make an appointment and that's it. I've been very satisfied.

    My original TV was purchased last year as an early birthday present wasnt even a full year old before it quit working so I turned to a store I trust qnd bought my vizio from best buy, I love the protection plan ot covers qlot of things like what happened to my old TV.

    I got the 5 year standard greek squad protection plan for my smart tv for $59 which I feel was a good deal because I had another tv without the 5 year plan and the main frame on it went bad and I tried to put it in the shop and they wanted $300 to fix it . Where now paying $59 for the plan and they will fix anything so I think thats a no brainer.
