When I bought a new 55" TV I got this 5 year protection plan because it was offered at a good price (and included delivery and setup) and because my 2011 TV (same price range TV) went out after only 4 years..and on which I did not have a protection plan. So far I have not had to use my protection plan but better to be safe than sorry.

They are number one excellent service I am so happy are used to be a merchandise with circuit city but I have to give credit best buys is one of the number one place of business and a long time five ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Geek Squad ✌️

Geek squad does do a great job at repairs. However trying to get ahold of someone and get something lined up is impossible at times. As long as you are patient they are a great addition to your purchase

The extra protection is work it, the unexpected can always happen..

Always get the protection!!!! Even when you think you don’t need it I promise you that you will. If you get a horrible power surge and your TV goes out Geek Squad will be able to fix it or replace it so you don’t have to spend a thousand on a new one!

Important service that I rely on for protecting my purchase.

Just purchased new TV's, sound bar and network router from Best Buy to get us through self-isolation for COVID-19. Wanting to get up and running immediately, we purchased Geek Squad delivery, install and haul away. they did not let us down and won't let you down either...

The guarantee is excellent. Customer service is very good and friendly. Having the guarantee is having peace of mind, I know that my purchase is a protected one

I wouldn't buy a thing without The Geek Squad protection plan especially a big TV that hangs on the wall.

Geek squad is the way to go for all purchases made at Best Buy. Now I know your probably thinking well it's a scam and my product has a manufacturer warranty.... Well that's true but the keyword is manufacturers. They only cover thing typically associated with their parts or process. Typically only for 1 year. Like the title says NO BRAINER

I will see if I get any use out of this. I guess protecting a new tv is worth it in the long run.

When I first got this five year warranty. I was skeptical but it was a 70 inch screen TV and I thought if Something Happens in five years at least I can get a new one. And sure enough before the five year warranty was up I had a new TV.

I have used Geek Squad in the past while not actually paying for the service. They have always helped me and with today's technology, I decided I should pay for this service to have like you would with any insurance. I think if anything goes wrong with my t.v. I bought this for, it would be a necessity to have. Great customer service and well worth it.

I was a fool for not buying this service before so i made sure that I did so this time. Eventhough my TV is rated well in quality and lifespan you just never know
