Well, I've never really had to use geek squad and that means the quality of the products purchased are a success.

No like to expensive and illustration educational purpose

I like it, I just hate that I can't bring it directly to the store.

I decided to hold off purchasing larger, more expensive TV and wait for latest technology (4K, Curved TV, OLED) to evolve and prices drop. Based on that criteria Brandon from Best Buy pointed me to Samsung's top of line 1080p as less costly alternative, and am very happy with it. Only reason I didn't give a 5 rating, is the relatively poor speakers & sound (I later purchased a sound bar). Otherwise great picture, no motion refresh issues, along with excellent Best Buy sales and support.

It is a must unless you are a computer guru yourself. I have used them multiple times fir some minor glitches with new computer. They are available if you call at less busy times of the day and know what they are doing to get your computer running as it should again.

I like having the opp to have this service when needed

You can not go wrong with the geek squad, they are knowledgeable and friendly. Strongly recommend getting a warrenty with them for every purchase.

I've used my protection plan to replace a malfunctioning TV. The Geek Squad quickly assessed the issue and recommended a replacement at no cost. I'm sold!

Honestly a great looking tv had it for over a year I love lg oled’s they really are the number 1 Tv’s for movies, shows, and gaming.

This is a must have if you use your TV daily! I replaced my TV with a small cost to upgrade and include the new protection. I will always purchase this with all the TV's I intend to use daily.

Having insurance gives us some relief as the new TV we bought is in great quality and we want to make sure it can get fixed if something were to happen to it.
