BELIEVE ME, this is the best purchase you can buy when buying these new large-screen OLED TVs. New technology can cause various problems and having this warranty coverage has saved me now twice on previous 77" TVs. Well worth the money over time.

Purchased a 2 yr Geek Squad, with the Hisense H8G..Haven't needed it yet, but with the Panel lottery, LED's going out etc, it's a good backstop..If you have OLED, I think this is the only extended warranty that offers protection from burn-in (vs SquareTrade and others).

Had a small problem, getting my TV to set up, they came out and helped with the final installation! Same day even!

Although many people don't like paying extra for protection plans, it gives me peace of mind. I have had some unexpected mishaps with my devices and knowing that I can make an appointment and get my device fixed without an additional cost is worth it to me.

This service protection really comes in handy. I am able to get help with fixes or troubleshooting on the covered devices whenever I need. It is a real god-send

I purchased the five year warranty on my expensive new flat green 60 inch which was highly recommended by the geek squad, and sales team

The agent was very helpful in identifying that my old plan didn't give me the benefits that would help me save money on my current CPU issues. He refunded (pro-rated) the old plan, signed me up for the new plan and I saved $75.00 overall. Jay with Geek Squad is the bomb!

We picked up the television and installed ourselves. Super easy, except for configuring the television remote with the cable remote volume.

Easy and not too expensive for what it is and what it does.

Hopefully I won’t have to use this it’s like buying insurance

Geek squad are always very helpful when ive had a problem with trouble shooting something i dont understand. Thwy are very professional.

I rarely have something go wrong with electronics, but on a fairly big purchase, like a smart TV, it makes sense, since the standard warranty can leave you without use of the device for weeks if something goes wrong. With this, I can get a replacement or repair in no time.

Because we got this TV for my parents, we thought it wise to get them the protection package as well! Am grateful we have that safety plan in place for whatever might happen!

Geek squad did a great job in installing my wall mount and TV. I will always use them.
