I honestly don't know how good their service is. I have heard good things, though. I bought extended protection in case something goes wrong with my TV, so hooefully it is good. I honestly hope i dont have to use it, lol.

This warranty totally worth it. We have yesterday in the past and we don’t regret it.

Has great sound, excellent picture quality, the remote is a little funky so purchased a different Samsung remote and it works great on the tv. Definitely would purchase again.

The Geek Squad people are very friendly and professional. I buy most of my electronics at Best Buy and use Geek Squad Protection for all of my expensive purchases.

I always get the extra warranty for all my electronics, We bought a 55in Sharp back in 2012 after 4 years the LED panel blew out and I had the 5 year extended warranty, The TV was not only replaced I was given full credit for the old TV and was able to upgrade to the newest model for only a few more dollars.

2 year warranty from Geek Squad for TV purchase. No brainer.

Outstanding service contract. The price was right and the coverage is great. It gives me peace of mind to know that my electronics are covered by a great contract. One might take a chance and go without the contract, but, i'd rather be safe than sorry.

Spending significant money on a TV, I rest easier knowing I'm covered for 5 years!

Thet take care of the issue at hand.....Buy it as a membership, and all your purchases are covered, instead of purchasing it for each item.....Im almost 100% You guys are awesome!!!!!!

Overall satisfied by return and replacement. However, telephone communication regarding whether warranty would transfer to replacement and help set up when delivered was was very poor. What we were told over the phone and in the writing on the email confirmations was misleading at best. Be very sure you understand 5,year warty does NOT trnsfer to replacement TV even if 4 years were remaining on contract. And unless original set was set up by Geek Squad, they drop the box off and leave. 75” set is hard to hand for two people in 65-75 year old range. Get the correct answers in advance!!! Would still recommend Geek Squad, but watch your back.

I get geek squad on everything over 100 bucks, it's the ease and confidence that you would expect. Instead of having to deal with the manufacture and getting rma #, then paying for shipping, waiting... non-sense I rather get this and if something does go wrong they handle it in the store usually with a swap out or equal value.

Geek Squad protection is always a plus. Had an incident from the past. A defect appeared months after ownership-Item was replaced with no hassle. It is a pleasure doing business with a company that stands behind what they sell!
