Its pretty much mandatory to get a warranty on a controller, better to have the warranty and not need it than to need one and not have it.

High end tv’s are expensive and I have had bad luck with other brands high end tv and want to protect my investment. I will be sad for waisting the money if in 5 years nothing goes wrong but I would cry if I have spent another 2500 on a tv and it breaks in 2 years with no coverage. Protection well worth it

Worth every penny. My prior Samsung tv covered by Best Buy warranty. 2 months before end of warranty, tv screen leds went bad. I got a brand new tv at no cost. Will buy appliances from Best Buy AND have Best Buy extended warranty.

Honestly, they was on point. I had an appointment. They worked on my phone soon as I arrived. I had 2 issues this year with different phones.

It is a great price for two years of service to protect my TV. My only complaint would be that if you have an issue with a TV the wait time can be up to 4 weeks. For me living in a small place and having only one TV this is an issue.

Geek squad was great! Helped me load it in vehicle upon pickup, and gave me a few insights about the product.

little problem with color and picture it was replace it in 2day.Technician came the next day.

Warranty is worth getting when it comes to owning electronic devices from any store. We had a 55" Tv that after four years went out and quit working. Since we had the extra warranty on it Best Buy gave us a new Tv upgrade from what we had.

The agent replaced a network card preventing my TV from connecting to the internet. Amazing job

I have always bought the extended warranty on purchases made at Best Buy, it has been a piece of mind anytime I’ve needed to use the warranty service .It’s always been a positive experience and well worth the money.

We live in the boonies in the summer, travel around in our motor home and live in the south in the winter. I love that I can call in any time and as much as I want and they can remotely go in to clean it up or fix most any thing. Unless it is a hardware problem. Well worth the money. Plus, it covers 3 computers.

I pick up this extended warranty you never know when it brake down and cover everything

The phone geek squad team was very helpful! Tried trouble shooting and determined that the t.v. was not repairable.

Hopefully I'll never have to use this 2-year protection on my TV, but in the event that I do I sure hope Best Buy will come through with a replacement.

Geek Squad set up the TV & got it started. They were helpful & open to questions. We mounted it to the wall later.
